Leadership and social empowerment focus on community decision-making, peacebuilding, and rights awareness. Protection and safety interventions include GBV services, safe spaces, and FGM elimination. Education and skills initiatives focus on girls’ education, ICT training, leadership development, and mentorship. Advocacy and policy work promotes legal reforms, political representation, and alignment with global frameworks such as CEDAW and UNSCR 1325.
